Hi,
I've searched hi and low but I can't find a solution for this problem. I've read all the articles but none solve my problem.
I'm on active directory domain with server 2008 dc.
my log on all the workstations if filling up with 2 events:

Event ID 6
Source: Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment
Description: Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed (0x800706ba) The RPC server is unavailable.

and

Event ID 13

Source: Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll
Description: Certificate enrollment for Local system failed to enroll for a DomainController certificate with request ID N/A from {hostname}\{name of CA}(The RPC server is unavailable. 0x800706ba (WIN32: 1722)).

I've set all the permissions but there is no change. Please help

Dolphin,
I've struggled with this one myself.
all the Microsoft Kb's mention that domain computers have to be added to Certificate Service DCOM Access group
here are some links:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd772723(WS.10).aspx
http://www.petenetlive.com/KB/Article/0000473.htm
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931354
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc774368(WS.10).aspx
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc774368(WS.10).aspx
http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=13&eventno=2719&source=AutoEnrollment&phase=1

None of them mention that you also have to add Domain Computers same goes for RDOC's to Distributed COM Users group.
After doing this try to auto enroll from any workstation.
Good luck
